Terms & Conditions

THE REGISTRATION CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES STATED HERE.

TERMS

  • Payment for monthly class sessions can be made at any time, however it will apply to the month in which it is paid.
  • Students can use the classes they have registered for at any location or time that class is in session, within the month of purchase.
  • Classes not used within the month do not roll over to the next month.
  • Henna teaches each class according to what she deems fit for the students that day, and for the level stated at the beginning of the month.

REFUNDS

  • A full refund will be given minus any fees (paypal, debit/credit), if requested before the start of the month.
  • No refunds will be given after the start of the month.
  • If a student falls ill or injured, please contact Henna to arrange for a rain check on classes purchased.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

  • In the event that a class must be cancelled, Henna will notify students via email and through the Facebook class page.
  • Students will receive a complimentary class in a subsequent month.
